Effects of fragmentation on genetic variation in populations of the terrestrial earthworm Drawida japonica Michaelsen, 1892 (Oligochaeta,Moniligastridae) in Shandong and Liaodong peninsulas,China

Earthworms are excellent indicators of landscape fragmentation due to their widespread distribution and poor dispersal abilities over water. Based on field studies conducted in the Shandong and Liaodong peninsulas and their associated islands during summer 2009, we analysed the genetic variation of Drawida japonica Michaelsen, 1892 (Oligochaeta, Moniligastridae) using DNA sequences of the 16S and 28S ribosomal genes in samples obtained from 13 localities, 12 of which were islands, one artificially connected to the mainland by man (Yangma SC). We identified 55 haplotypes among 79 samples, based on 1094 bp, including 47 unique haplotypes. The phylogenetic tree topologies showed two distinct clades. A multiple-apex Poisson distribution using a mismatch analysis of nucleotides was also detected. Results of a Tajima D neutral test were not significant (p > 0.05). Genetic divergence among populations was much larger than within populations. A positive relationship between genetic diversity and island area was revealed, but no significant correlation between genetic diversity and distance to the nearest larger landmass was found. These results indicate that the intraspecific genetic diversity of D. japonica has been influenced by geographic isolation (i.e. island habitat). Passive transport via anthropogenic activities or nonhuman vertebrates (birds or mammals) may also play a key role in dispersal.     

基于Kriging方法和GIS技术的城市房价空间分异研究——以贵阳市城区为例

以贵阳市城区普通商品高层住宅为研究对象,在确立区位决定房价的研究前提下,对样本数据进行正态分布和空间自相关性检验后,采用普通Kriging方法,运用ArcGIS9.2绘制房价等值线图,直观反映地贵阳市城区普通商品住宅价格空间分布差异性。研究表明:房价呈现空间分布不平衡,中心区高,东部比西部高,南部比北部低;房价等值线由峰值区向四周递减的过程中,出现了多个次峰值区,由中心向四周递减的幅度不一致,市中心比外围的递减速度快,呈现出一定变异性。     

甘油三脂与单纯性脂肪肝的相关分析

为探讨单纯性脂肪肝的发生与总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG) 及血糖(PG)水平的关系.对583名离、退休人员进行全面体检,结合门诊病例资料进行横断面分析.结果显示TG及TG合并TC与脂肪肝的发病显著相关(P<0.01),而单纯TC或PG升高与单纯性脂肪肝无显著相关(P>0.05).从而得出单纯性脂肪肝的发病与高TG直接相关.     

Novel passive localization algorithm based on weighted restricted total least square

A novel multi-observer passive localization algorithm based on the weighted restricted total least square (WRTLS) is proposed to solve the bearings-only localization problem in the presence of observer position errors. Firstly, the unknown matrix perturbation information is utilized to form the WRTLS problem. Then, the corresponding constrained optimization problem is transformed into an unconstrained one, which is a generalized Rayleigh quotient minimization problem. Thus, the solution can be got through the generalized eigenvalue decomposition and requires no initial state guess process. Simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithm can approach the Cramer-Rao lower bound (CRLB), and the localization solution is asymptotically unbiased.     

Radon-Nikodym theorem in signed Loeb space

This paper gives the Radon-Nikodym theorem in signed Loeb space under 1-saturated nonstandard model. First,the nonstandard characterization of absolute continuity is discussed,on which Radon-Nikodym theorem in signed Loeb space is obtained. Then,some facts about a finite signed Loeb measure and its variation are shown.     

中药提取物中总黄酮的分析研究

用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH分光光度法测定了8种中药提取物中的总黄酮,考察了方法的回收率和精密度.实验表明:以芦丁为标准对照品、510 nm为测量波长,所得线性回归方程A=10.9942C+0.0015,相关系数R=0.9999.此方法稳定性好、操作简单快速、结果准确可靠,可作为中药提取物中总黄酮测定的分析方法.     

壮语亲属词语义关系量变的回归分析

壮语亲属词中的汉借词使早期的亲属语义关系发生了量变，且这种量变在壮语方言中具有随机性。文章以“亲属语义关系”为因变量，亲属词的“变异均值”为自变量，用回归分析的方法确定了两个变量间单向正相关的因果属性。
